What a braw place! The room was pure spacious, and the staff were dead friendly, especially Franco who was a gem. But the breakfast could've been better, maybe a wee bit more variety would help. Still, I'd definitely stay here again!

Best kept secret of Palermo. The hotel is based in a old palace. We took the junior suite. And it is a great room.Friendly people who are running the hotel and will help you with everything you need.If you'll come by car you can rent a parking place. The location is nearby the old city and in a circle of 500 metres there 're a lot of nice restaurants, lounge and ice bar.If we ever visit Palermo again,we'll defintly go to this hotel

Think that this newly decorated hotel is beyond compare, greatly enjoyed it. The venue is neat, the staff is very friendly and efficient. They have wheelchair accessible rooms with a double bed and the bathroom plus good quiet air and care about everyone.

The unique room layouts really capture the essence of the locale, giving you a taste of the area's character. Plus, the Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the place is a real bonus for staying connected while exploring.
Unfortunately, the hot water supply was inconsistent, especially during peak times. The breakfast selection was rather minimal, mostly just a croissant or packaged snacks, which didn't quite cut it for starting the day right. I also noticed a few maintenance issues around, with some broken furnishings in the room and less than ideal cleanliness that could use some attention.

The dimora is a charming b&b with a cozy decor and a large room with a good balcony. It's ideally located just a 5-minute walk from the central train station. The breakfast was fantastic, with fresh cornettos and great coffee. Franco stood out with his helpful recommendations, our stay was nice.

The location was within walking distance of a number of things we wanted to see, but its location is in a rundown area and a bit scary for two women at night. The hotel is like a little oasis in the middle of rundown city. The location has one good thing going for it. It is only a few blocks from the train station. They had a good breakfast but it was difficult to find a nice place to eat at night within several blocks of the hotel. The room itself was clean and nice and had good air conditioning.
Although it was close to the train station, the hotel was hard to find. I suggest that they send out information about how to get to the hotel from the train station so people won't wonder around looking for it. The sign outside could be bigger.

Friendly staff who tried their best to help in giving advice for places to visit and restaurants to eat at.
The location is quite remote from the rest of the town.

The room (we ha a junior suite) was clean and very spacious.
Located next to the central station of Palermo, the neighbourhood is one of the 'bad' ones of Palermo. We had to walk a long time towards the '4 squares' before we got a comfortable feeling, without having the idea you have to watch your wallet all the time. The staff tried to sell us a prepaid meal at a restaurant nearby when informing what area we could find nice and good restaurants for a romantic dinner.

charming historical design, excellent location near transportation
Hot water supply inconsistencies!!! Maintenance issues like chipping ceilings and slow-draining showers!!! The room felt hazardous with broken furniture!!! Consider clearer signage about parking restrictions!!!

The room was , dirtier than my own home-how charming! To top it off, I could hear every whispered secret from my neighbors. I expected an upgrade, but apparently, cozy, messy corners are the new luxury. If only I had received that welcome gift I 'deserved'. Such a missed opportunity, really, almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
